![]() | How to protect your skin from sun damage? To effectively protect your skin from the UV rays, select the right sunscreen product and take care of your skin by considering following factors: 1. Your daily activities: you spend most of your day indoor or outdoor. If you are directly expose under the sun, you might have to select higher SPF or it should be water resistant if you need to swim under the sun. 2. Apply suitable amount enough to protect your skin. 3. Number of times applied per day: If you are in office, once a day is enough. But if you have to swim under the sun, it's recommended to apply sunscreen every 2-3 hours. 4. As sunscreen can't fully protect your skin up to 100%, it's necessary to avoid direct sunlight or protect your skin by using umbrella, wearing sun glasses or hat. 5.
